ferrari flatIt is human nature to be inquisitive, always wondering what causes people to act in a certain way, a fashion that is alien to us.

This psychological uncovering is specifically of importance when faced with criminal activities, leaving us desperate to understand what possesses people to kill, steal and vandalise.

Vandalism is undoubtedly a frustrating crime, an offence that we as UK residents are constantly experiencing the wrath of.

The people of Brampton have recently been the butt of an incredible vandalism joke, discovering that an unconventional offender has been terrorising them, slashing their tyres and damaging their vehicles.

After countless spouts of fury many residents have been forced to pick up the dog and bone and report this treacherous behaviour.

The people of the Jacks Hill and Sands area of Brampton have for months been angered by the unacceptable spate of car vandalism on their streets, fitting CCTV in an attempt to catch the scandalous individual red handed.

This footage revealed that it was in fact a border collie who has been tearing up the streets for the past six months.

PC Simon Amos, from Cumbria Police, said: “The dog had been seen approaching the cars and many believe that she was just sniffing at the tyres.

“It isn’t until you take a closer look that you can see her biting them.”

He added: “The owner has been contacted and has been very surprised and also apologetic about the whole situation.

“He will now be keeping Jess on a lead.”

Although Jess has been successful in keeping her criminal activities under wraps for so long it seems that overall it has been quite a ‘paw’ effort!
