Always growing their business to reach new limits, it has been announced that iCars has this week acquired Limos.com; another B2B chauffeur driving model offering ‘ride revolution’. 

Covered on Skift, the corporate travel online publication, the news rippled through the industry, with limousine giant, Limos.com, eager to celebrate their new merger to the industry as well as its customers’.  

‘The iCars merger with Limos.com makes the combined company a viable competitor against Blacklane and GroundLink, leaders in private car aggregation for corporate travellers. But all the companies need to step up their games. They need to deliver consistently quick responses to real-time bookings at multiple destinations via consumer-grade mobile apps’ Sean O’Neill of Skift reports. 

Having raised a substantial $20m in capital, Limos.Com will only accelerate iCars’ plans for market domination, using their already-proven model in addition to the loyal customers Limos.com have conjured up over the years.   

Gary Bauer, Chairman and CEO of Limos.Com, has been very open with regards to the financial advantages this merger will bring, forecasting the partnership to generate close to $70 this year.  

“All leads from iCARS and Limos.com will be pushed to partner operators” says Bauer. 

The combined iCARS and Limos.com will be now be able to serve more business travellers and leisure clients with executive car service backed by the duty of care that iCARS is built on. We’re picking up major corporate accounts to drive business to small and medium size operators” he continues.
