The former Spice Girl, also known as Ginger Spice, sat on top of her chauffer-driven luxury car, clad in a stunning electric-blue dress and ankle-high boots that wowed the audience. Halliwell, a guest judge on the popular British reality show, is not known for her demure nature and her recent grab for the spotlight has captured the media’s attention.
Halliwell seemed more than a little excited on prime spot on top of her black Mercedes as she chatted with her fans, giggling and signing autographs. She took photographs with the crowd and even hugged a few lucky fans!
Halliwell expressed her delight at securing the guest judge position on the popular reality show: “I’m incredibly excited and proud to join the X Factor in Liverpool and have the opportunity to find a new star. Those four seats are the hottest seats in Britain right now.”
The X Factor is the brainchild of creator Simon Cowell and was launched in 2004. Premiering as a television programme to find Britain’s best musical talents, the programmes gained instant popularity amongst the British audience. Today, the show has secured a permanent spot amongst most families as their weekly entertainment. Previous winners include Lewis and Alexandra Burke.
Auditions for the ninth series will take place over the next month, before the programme begins airing in August.
