Bentley has this week announced the release of the ultimate version of its Flying Spur, a luxury saloon that delivers class and mechanical excellent with every turn of its wheels.

The Bentley Flying Spur S W12 has been built with a 6 litre, twin-turbo engine, permitting the vehicle to reach a speed limit of 202mph. As a result of these impressive statistics the new Flying Spur is the fastest 4-door car to ever come from Bentley; a fact that will no doubt feed its popularity. Packing 820Nm of torque the new Bentley is a whopping one-tenth quicker than the non-S car.

Eager to talk the car’s features up review site Auto Express predicts great sales figures over the coming years, although how much the S version will set you back is still an enigma.

‘Customer deliveries for the W12 S will commence at the end of the year, although Bentley hasn’t specified how much it will be over the normal, £154,000 Flying Spur W12. As usual, if you have to ask, you probably can’t afford it’ they write.
